Accessing the ATS
To access the ATS area of the SenseHR system, use the ‘Switcher’ icon in the top left corner of the screen when Signed into the HR side.
Once you click the switcher icon, you will see Sense ATS in the dropdown menu, click this to proceed to switch over.
Now that you have clicked the Sense ATS option, you will now arrive at the ‘Vacancies’ area which is the home screen for the ATS.
Navigating the ATS
When navigating the ATS, you have 3 main areas you can explore from the left-hand navigation menu.
1. Vacancies
What does this area do? – Allows you to create, view and manage any existing vacancies and the vacancy details.
Vacancy details include - The internal description, location, contract type, job advert and job description contents and existing applicant details.
2. Applicants
What does this area do? – Allows you to view and manage existing applicant details as well as manually create applicants and assign to existing vacancies.
Applicant details include – The applicant name, contact information, linked in profile, location, attached documents (CV, Cover Letter etc) and any internal comments from the hiring team.
3. External Vacancies
What does this area do? – Allows you to view your existing job adverts that are live.
Job advert details include – The vacancy page URL, the link to apply for the job, the job description and the job information displayed to candidates on the job board.
Summary – This page is the Sense ATS job board that can be shared to recruitment sites as well as your company website for an easy way to advertise all your active vacancies in one screen for people to view and apply from.
