This workflow bridges the gap between recruitment and onboarding by triggering key actions as soon as an applicant is marked as hired in Sense ATS.
It automatically creates a To-do for Admins in Sense HR, and an email, prompting them to begin the new starter process and add the individual as an employee in the HR system.
