ATS – Editing Vacancy Pipelines

This article explains how to edit the pipeline stages within your vacancies. This includes updating existing stages (renaming and changing colour scheme), creating new stages and re-ordering the pipeline stages to align with your recruitment processes.

To edit a vacancy pipeline, follow these steps.

Step 1: Go to ATS:

Step 2: Click on Vacancies:

Step 3: Click on a vacancy to open it up to view and edit:

Step 4: Click on the ‘Pipeline’ tab:

Step 5: Click ‘Edit Pipeline’:

Step 6: Click, hold, and drag your mouse to move pipeline stages in the order list:

Step 7: To make changes to a stage including renaming, changing the colour or create a new stage, select ‘Manage stages’ at the bottom.

Step 8: To create a new stage, click the ‘+ Create new’ option:

Step 9: Populate the stage properties by providing the stage name, description, colour and what applicant status this stage applies to:

Step 10: Click ‘Save’ to add the new stage to the pipeline

Follow the re-order instructions in step 5 to see how to move the new pipeline stage to the correct order in the list of stages for this vacancy.
