Anviz Clock - How to Adjust for Daylight Saving

This is a step by step help guide for how to adjust you Anvis Clock for the change in time from daylight saving

Updated over 3 weeks ago

To adjust for daylight savings time on your Anviz device:

1. Ensure that the Anviz device is powered on and connected to your network.

2. Navigate to the Admin menu by pressing the M button and entering the admin credentials.

Note: Please contact our support team if you are unsure about the admin username and password.

3. Navigate to Settings and select Time

4. Set the Mode to Auto

5. Set your desired time zone (e.g. UTC 00:00 for the UK). Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate to the correct time zone

6. Set your desired date format (e.g. DD-MM-YY for the UK)

7. Select Set Time before leaving this menu. It may say Set Time Failed. If so, click Set Time a few more times until it reads Successful

8. Press the M button to come out of the Time menu and select DST

9. In the DST screen, change DST from Close to Week

10. Change the Modify field to the correct value for your country (e.g. +1 hour for the UK)

11. Start should be modified to Mar, Sun, Last, 01:00 as the settings

12. End should modified to Oct , Sun, Last, 02:00 as the settings

These setup steps only need to be completed once. The device will automatically adjust the time on the last Sunday of March and October each year to align with daylight savings.

You can now go back to the Main clock in Screen, using the M button, to ensure the time is correct for the given date.
