If no data is feeding from your Anviz clock into your Sense system, but it has worked previously, please complete the following steps:
Firstly, restart the Clock Transaction Transmitter Application:
1. Close the Transaction Transmitter application
2. Right-click the Clock Transaction Transmitter Desktop shortcut
3. Select Run as Administrator
4. Once the application opens, select Settings
5. Click the Select button
6. Select and Open the Devices file (it usually shows at the bottom of the list)
7. Select Save and then Cancel, to take you back to the home screen
8. The Devices section, on the right, will signify if the clock has connected to the app successfully
Note: The red text at the bottom left corner will show you the IP address associated with the device that has connected b
The app may take a few minutes to initialise the connection with the clock. If the clock does not connect after 10 minutes, please check the IP Address of the device using the following steps:
1. On the Anviz Clock, press M
2. Select Network
3. Select WIFI, or Ethernet, depending on the connection method
4. The IP address can be found at the bottom of the screen, make note of the address
5. On your Windows device, open your File Explorer
6. Navigate to your Program Files (x86) folder
7. Open the Clock Transaction Transmitter Folder
8. Open the clockip.txt file
9. Ensure the IP address on the clock matches the IP address in the clockip.txt file
10. If any changes are made to the clockip.txt file, ensure the application restart steps, stated above, are repeated
If the IP address(es) match on the clock(s) and in the clockip.txt file, but data is not flowing through, please contact our support team and we will be more than happy to help.
