Check for a folder symbol in the top right of the clock screen. This symbol means that data is being stored on the device, ready to send through to SenseHR. The symbol should disappear after 4 minutes, indicating the data transfer.
If the symbol does not disappear after 4 minutes:
1. Reset the device, using the reset button or by powering the device off and then back on
2. Wait for the time and date to display, which indicates the connection has been established
3. The data should flush soon after the connection is first established.

If the folder symbol disappears but data is still not pulling through, ensure that the T&A ID in each user’s employment details screen matches the serial number (minus the colons ‘:’) on the clock card. A step-by-step guide for this can be found Here.
