Each user has a clock ID on your Anviz clock. This ID is determined at the user setup stage and must be unique to the user.
Note: You can find a user’s ID by logging in as an admin on the Anviz device, selecting users, and then selecting search to bring up the list of users on the device.
The clock ID can then be added into the T&A ID field in SenseHR to link the two profiles. To do so, please follow the below instructions carefully:
1. In SenseHR, go to the employee’s profile
2. Go to their 'Employment Details' screen
3. In the field 'Time & Attendance ID' add the ID number you assigned them on the clock with a 3 before each digit.
For example...
a. User ID Number 1 on the clock would be entered as 31 in Time & Attendance ID field in HR
b. User ID Number 10 on the clock would be entered as 3130 in Time & Attendance ID field in HR
c. User ID Number 100 on the clock would be entered as 313030 in Time & Attendance ID field in HR
If the clock ID and the T&A ID (with a 3 before each digit) do not match, the attendance data from the Anviz device will not be assigned to the user in SenseHR.
