A help guide that provides steps on how to enrol a new user on to your Anviz Clock

To enrol a new user on your Anviz clock:

1. Press the M button

2. Enter the admin username and password

Note: Please reach out to our support team if you are unsure on these credentials

3. Navigate to ‘Users’ with the arrow keys and press the OK button

4. Select ‘Add’

5. Enter the user’s clock ID, this must be a number that is unique to the user

6. Take note of the assigned clock ID as this will be required later

7. Enter the user’s name

8. Scanning the user’s clock card here will populate the card number field, linking the card to that user.

Note: You can also enrol the user’s fingerprint by selecting the ‘enrol fingerprint’ option if your device supports it. A more in-depth guide for this can be found Here.

9. Select the ‘Save’ option when you have completed the user setup

10. Press the M button repeatedly until you arrive back at the original screen

To link the new user to their SenseHR profile:

1. In SenseHR, go to the employee profile

2. Go to their 'Employment Details' section

3. In the field 'Time & Attendance ID' add the ID number you assigned them on the clock with a 3 before each number.

For example...

a. User ID Number 1 on the clock would be entered as 31 in Time & Attendance ID field in SenseHR

b. User ID Number 10 on the clock would be entered as 3130 in Time & Attendance ID field in SenseHR

c. User ID Number 100 on the clock would be entered as 313030 in Time & Attendance ID field in SenseHR
