FAQs
Does this service connector require special access or additional charges?
This service connector requires access to the Microsoft API. They may require you to be on a specific tier or pay an additional charge to access their API. If you're unsure about your access level or any potential costs, please check directly with Microsoft.
What type of permissions does the Microsoft Graph API integration support?
Our integration with Microsoft Graph only supports Application permissions, not Delegated permissions. This means the API calls are made using app-level access, without requiring a signed-in user. As a result, actions are performed on behalf of the application rather than an individual user.
Why are some events not showing in my Outlook after setting up the integration?
By default, for non-working events, only the event named "Holiday" will display the
reason in Outlook. All other non-working events will appear with the title "Out of
Office”. If you'd like us to include working events (e.g., Training, Working from Home), these need to be specified in the workflow.
