Integrations - Outlook Calendar

This article includes a document that you can share with your IT team to setup the integration of SenseHR with Outlook calendars.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Introduction:

Our integration takes Outlook Calendars a step further by seamlessly connecting them with Sense, ensuring a smoother transition from scheduling to calendar management. Once an event is created in Sense, the details are automatically added to your Outlook Calendar, eliminating manual data entry and saving valuable time.

How It Works:

This integration allows events from Sense to be synced to either Shared or Personal Outlook calendars only.

By default, for time off events, only the event named "Holiday" will display the reason in Outlook. All other time off events will appear with the title "Out of Office”.

If you'd like us to include working events (e.g., Training, Working from Home) or if you would like more time off events to appear with the their name, please provide us with a full list of the events you'd like to have sent.

Events are transferred to Outlook as soon as they are approved/added within sense.

Setup & Requirements:

Due to the complexity of the integration and the requirements from Azure please Download the instructional PDF document below to provide to your IT team for setting up an integration with SenseHR and your Outlook calendars.
