Leaver Process

This article explains the standard workflow process that takes place in SenseHR when marking someone as a leaver.

Once you have marked an employee as a leaver, the workflow will then kick in and trigger the following actions.

1. The system administrators will receive the following email.

2. The system will generate and assign the 'Offboarding Checklist' to the primary administrator in their 'To Do's' section.

3. Click the checklist to open the full list of tasks/actions that need to be completed.

4. Once you start to complete the tasks, you will see the overall progression bar at the top start to move.

Once completed, as an administrator you will always be able to track and view the status of all leaver process tasks via the 'To Do's' section under 'All To Do's'.
