Managing an employee’s departure can involve several important steps – but this workflow makes it simple and structured for administrators. When an employee is marked as a leaver, all admins are immediately notified by email and receive a predefined checklist of offboarding tasks.
As part of this process, the system includes a breakdown of the employee’s pro rata entitlement in the notification email, giving you the option to review and apply it if appropriate. This workflow ensures that no critical steps are missed – from updating entitlements to conducting exit interviews – helping your team handle transitions with clarity and confidence.
How it works
When an employee is marked as a leaver, all system Admins will receive an email notifying them of the new starter. If the employee has holiday entitlement, the email will include a breakdown of their calculated pro rata entitlement.
Admins will also receive an offboarding task check list.
