Mobile Onboarding

Allow users to use the Sense mobile app without completing the normal web registration process.

Introduction:
Some employees will be using only the Sense mobile app, as not all have access to a desktop to complete the standard registration process for creating a Sense username and password, it can cause challenges with getting them onboarded.

How it Works:
This workflow deploys a custom action that bypasses the usual password setup step. Instead, it sends a login code directly to the employee, allowing them to access the mobile app without needing to create a password.

Once this workflow is deployed you will see a new option titled "Mobile login invite" in the People list and an employees record.

Note:
This workflow can only be run once for users who have not yet logged into Sense. It will not be available for those who have already completed the registration process.

If an employee needs a new login code for the mobile app, you can use the standard "Send Verification Code" option to issue a new one to them.
