Introduction
The News mobile app allows you to share important updates and company-wide announcements directly with your employees through accessible, easy-to-read documents.
Using our Company Documents feature, you can assign a company document to all or a selected few employees and add it under the news category.
This app works similar to the Documents app, however will only show Company Documents that are under this specific category.
How it works
When adding a new company document, ensure that you have selected the document category called 'News' - case sensitive. If you don't have this already, you can add this during the document upload, by selecting to add a new option from the dropdown:
Viewing News documents on the mobile app:
Log in to the app and arrive at the mobile dashboard. Select 'News'
Here you will view all the company documents that are under News, with the most recent at the top.
Click on an item to view the document:
