Introduction

The To-Do feature lets you stay on top of your tasks while on the go. You can create personal reminders, manage your own task list, and view tasks assigned to you, such as signing your employment contract, reviewing company policies, or actioning holiday requests. It’s a simple way to stay organised and ensure nothing gets missed.

How it works

Log in to the app and arrive at the mobile dashboard. Select 'To do'

You have the following options:

Create a task:

Simply complete the required information and hit save to assign yourself a task. This can be viewed and completed on both the Mobile or Web app.

Todo - Viewing and completing your outstanding tasks:

Select the second option from the task menu to view all outstanding tasks and their due date

For manually added tasks, you have the option to complete:

If there are subtasks, you can click to view and complete part of them:

Event Requests

When selecting a request, you will see all details required to make a decision:

Signing documents

When selecting a document todo for signing, you will be able to view the document

When selecting sign, you will be able to provide a signature

Reading documents

Some documents don't require a signature, but do need a read confirmation. You will be able to view the document and confirm it's been read.

You can also view your completed tasks and when it was completed.
