Introduction
The mobile app allows you to inform your manager that you're unwell and won't be coming in to work. It mirrors the functionality of the sickness widget on your web dashboard, letting you log sickness for today only. You’ll be prompted to select a sickness reason and provide additional details.
This does not automatically update your planner - instead, it sends a to-do and email notification to your manager, who can then review the information and then add it to your planner.
How it works
Log in to the app and arrive at the mobile dashboard. Select Sickness
Choose your sickness reason and add any accompanying notes for your manager to review
You will get a confirmation message once done,
or an error message if one has already been logged for the day.
FAQs
Can I log sickness for a past or future date?
No, you can only notify your manager of a sickness for today. Logging past or future sickness dates is not supported through the app or dashboard widget.
