The 'this booking exceeds entitlement' error occurs when you have no remaining entitlement to book. This could be because you have used up all your entitlement or you haven't been set up an entitlement.

To check if you have any entitlement:
Step 1: Go to your Dashboard:
Step 2: Check the holiday entitlement widget.
If the Total is 0, this is because your entitlement hasn't been setup:
If the Total has a number, but the remaining is 0, you have used your entitlement for this holiday year:
Note: If you believe you should have an entitlement set up, or if the Total or Remaining balance is incorrect, please contact your HR team.
