If you've added a sickness event and Sense hasn't generated a Return to Work form, it's likely that the specific sickness reason hasn't been configured to require one.

Please see the article below on how to check and amend the sickness settings:

Note: If you update the sickness settings, the changes will only apply to events added after the update. Please delete and re-add any sickness events that require a Return to Work.
