When looking to reset your password you can do this from the log in page by pressing 'Forgot password?'. Please see screenshot below:

You are now presented with an option to enter the email you wish to send a reset request for.
As an employee you can enter your own email address and send and as admin you can always enter any other email for a staff member to send them a reset email.

An email should arrive shortly, check junk/spam if not seen.
