Manager - Dashboard Overview

This article will provide managers with an overview of their dashboard and how to interact with each widget.

Updated over a week ago

1. The dashboard will be the first screen you view each and every time you access the system.

The dashboard is made up of a variety of widgets to allow you to view a detailed snapshot of activity from across all of the major system areas as well as interact with each of them from the one screen without being directed anywhere else. (See image below for an example)

2. My To Do's - This widget will show any outstanding tasks that you need to action. These are split into;

Outstanding - Any actions yet to be completed.

Overdue - Actions that are still outstanding past their due date for completion.

You can interact directly with any of these tasks from within this dashboard widget including, authorise event requests, action return to work forms, update new starter details, sign documents and many more.

You can also use the 'Go to To Do's' link at the bottom to visit the 'To Do's' area of the system and get a more detailed view of all To Do's including the historic items.
