1. Full time new starter, starting at the start of a calendar month, mid-holiday year.

Here is an example of the pro-rata calculation for an employee with these conditions where the start date is 1st of the month they are joining (mid holiday year) and the calculation breakdown for an employee of 1 FTE.

2. Full time new starter, starting mid-calendar month and mid-holiday year.

Here is an example of the pro-rata calculation for an employee with these conditions where the start date is the middle of the month they are joining (mid holiday year) and the calculation breakdown for an employee of 1 FTE.

3. Part time new starter starting at the start of a new holiday year.

Here is an example of the pro-rata calculation for an employee with these conditions where the start date is the first date of a new holiday year and the calculation breakdown for an employee who is less than 1 FTE.

4. Part time new started starting mid-holiday year and beginning of a calendar month.
