Introduction

Keep your information up to date by easily viewing and editing your basic profile details directly from the mobile app. You can quickly update your personal information, bank details, and contact details, including emergency contacts, all in one place.

Keeping this information accurate ensures smooth communication, timely transactions, and quick assistance in case of emergencies.

How it works

Log in to the app and arrive at the mobile dashboard, and select My profile.

Here, you can edit your profile picture or select a screen from your profile. We will be introducing additional screens in future updates, including custom screens.

Screens and fields will be visible based on your permissions:

  • Access-based visibility: Employees can only see the screens they have permission to access.

  • View-only fields: If a field is view-only, it will remain view-only on the app.

  • Hidden fields: Fields with no view access will be completely hidden.

  • Add new records: You can only add a new record in a table screen if your permissions allow it.
