Introduction
The 360 workflow creates a new screen on an employee’s profile, which is hidden from their view. When a manager wants to collect 360 feedback, they navigate to the 360 screen within the employee’s record and select a reviewer. The chosen reviewer will complete the feedback form, and the manager will be notified, allowing them to then review and discuss in a performance meeting.
360 feedback is valuable because it provides a more rounded, objective view of an employee’s performance by gathering insights from peers or other colleagues. It encourages balanced feedback and helps identify strengths and areas for development that might not surface in traditional reviews.
The process is anonymous, ensuring reviewers can give honest and constructive input without concern about repercussions, which enhances the quality and honesty of the feedback collected.
How it works
Manager will enter the 360 screen from within an employee's Profile. They will add a new record and select a Reviewer name and Add - They won't be able to edit anything else in that screen'.
The selected reviewer will receive an email and a task to complete the two predefined questions for this specific employee:
The manager will receive a confirmation email once complete.
Customisation
This is the standard library process with set permissions and predefined questions.
If you are on the Professional Tier or above, you can edit the permissions of this screen if you would prefer the employee to select the reviewers themselves and/or have the ability to view the feedback.
If you're on the Elite Tier or above, you have the ability to edit these questions using the Screen Designer. When making changes to the fields on this screen, it’s important to also update the Screen Variants.
