Introduction

We provide workflows for both Performance Reviews and Mid-Year Reviews. While they share the same structure, they differ in screen names and questions.

Each workflow is available in two formats: a 2-step process or a more detailed 4-step process.

Two Step Completion:

  1. Employee completes their self assessment

  2. Manager reviews and completes feedback
    ​

Four Step Completion:

  1. Employee completes their self assessment

  2. Manager reviews and completes feedback

  3. Employee reviews feedback and signs off

  4. Manager completes final sign off

Professional Tier
Access and use our standard performance review workflows listed above, ready-made with structured steps for employees and managers.

Elite Tier
