For Admin users you can enter bookings for any staff member, when this is done the event that is used will auto-approve.

Unlike an employee request which will create the request for their manager to approve.

Please see below screenshot , when an admin first makes the booking it shows as a request but once you refresh the page it will show as approved. May take a couple of minutes.

Below you can see the bookings are now approved and there is no action to do this other than refreshing the page to see it approved.
