About date triggered workflows
Within SenseHR there are a series of workflows that will trigger alerts around various dates across the system and employee profiles.
These behave very similarly as they are initially triggered when a future date in the system is both 30 and/or 7 days away from today.
When a date is identified at 30 and/or 7 days out from today's date, the system will send an email notification to the system administrators, and in some cases the employee in question and/or their line manager.
Example: Here is an example of how one of these date specific workflows works - Probation End
1. An employee record has a probation end date in the 'Employment details'
β
2. We arrive naturally at 30 days out from the 'Probation end date'
β
3. Automatic email is created and sent to the Administrator and Manager (image below).
β
The example above is a primary model of how all workflows similar to this will work, the only variations to expect are, the specific date that is triggering the workflow, the email that is generated, and who the email is sent to to notify of required action.
This is broken down below for all date based workflows.
