Sense Tech Clock Installation Guide

Installation Pack Contents:

  • Wall clock(s)

  • NFC cards

  • Cable tidies

  • Adhesive 3M strips

  • USBC 3 pin plug

  • USBC charging cable

  • Reset pin

  • Spirit level

Pre-Installation Checks:

  1. Ensure there is a 12V power socket within reach of a 2-meter cable.

  2. Ensure there is adequate space on the wall to mount the clock.

  3. Ensure the wall surface is flat and clear of any obstacles such as cables or existing mounted items.

Step 1: Take two of the adhesive 3M strips from the box. Peel off the surface strip from the back of the strips and apply the adhesive side to the back of the clock.

Step 2: Take the remaining two adhesive strips and stick them against the strips on the clock (Velcro to Velcro), leaving the adhesive side facing out.

Step 3: Peel the surface layer from the 3M strips to expose the adhesive and apply them to the wall where you wish to mount the clock. Ensure the clock is at least 1.4 meters high up the wall.

Tip: Use the spirit level provided in the box to ensure the clock is straight and level on the wall where mounted.

Step 4: Connect the clock to power by plugging in the USBC charging cable into the charging port at the bottom of the clock.

The clock will attempt to connect to the network, shown by the icon in the top right of the screen next to the battery icon.

Once the clock has established a connection (which should only take a few seconds), the white bar at the bottom will display the current time and the

icon will change to this cloud icon

.

Your clock is now ready to use! Simply distribute the employee’s clock-in cards and start tapping!
