Reporting - How to Report on Multiple Areas at Once
Updated over a week ago

This article explains how to report on multiple separate areas of an employee profile in a single report as well as multiple sets of different event details.

When creating reports on employee profile information, you will now have the ability to select from all of the employee profile information areas in a singe report that you wish to build.

Profile Information

1. This is done by selecting the category 'Profile Information' in the reports area.

2. Once you select 'Profile Information' you will be presented with the following screen where you can select the specific fields you wish to report from across all areas within the employee profile.

3. This means that it is now possible to create reports such as;

- All contact details (addresses), bank details and emergency contacts, in a single report.

- All training details (including cost), combined with employee pay details.

- All employee pay details and benefits in a single report.

- All standard company equipment plus PPE in a single report.

- + Many more

All Events

1. This is done by going to 'Reports' and selecting the 'All Events' category.

2. Once you have selected 'All Events' and then 'Create' to start a new report, you will be presented with the following screen to select from all various event type details.

As you can see, this allows you to select the relevant fields for 'Event Name' 'Start Date' 'End Date' 'Start Time' 'End Time' 'Duration' 'Recorded In' 'Comments' 'Status' for 'All Events' instead of having to select separately for Holiday, Sickness, Maternity and all other individual event types.

3. This allows the potential to create reports such as;

- All leave and absence over a rolling or set period

- All paid/unpaid events over a rolling or set period

- All working events over a rolling or set period

- Total time accumulative across a series of events

+ Many more.
